Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Panel member must give written notice to the Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Panel member has or acquires that conflict or could conflict with the proper performance of the Panel member's functions.
(2) The notice must be given to the Minister as soon as practicable after the Panel member becomes aware of the potential for conflict of interest.
