Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a biological is suspended from the Register under section 32FA, the biological is taken, for the purposes of this Act (other than section 32DQ, Division 5, sections 32FB and 32FC and Divisions 7 and 9), not to be included in the Register while the suspension has effect.
Note: Dealing in a biological that is not included in the Register may be a criminal offence or may contravene a civil penalty provision: see Division 2.
(2) While the suspension has effect, the Secretary's power under Division 7 to cancel the entry of the biological from the Register is not affected.
