Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Part, representations of a kind specified in regulations made for the purposes of this subsection are prohibited representations about therapeutic goods of a kind specified in those regulations.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, representations of a kind specified in regulations made for the purposes of this subsection are required representations about the therapeutic goods of a kind specified in those regulations.
