Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Despite subsection 14(2) of the Legislation Act 2003 , a legislative instrument, or a notifiable instrument, under this Act may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any matter contained in the current Poisons Standard as in force or existing from time to time.
(2) Despite subsection 46AA(2) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 , an instrument under this Act (other than a legislative instrument or a notifiable instrument) may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any matter contained in the current Poisons Standard as in force or existing from time to time.
