Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Chapter, and any other provision of this Act to the extent it relates to this Chapter, relies on the Commonwealth's legislative power under paragraph 51(xxix) of the Constitution to give effect to an international agreement prescribed for the purposes of subsection 9K(1) or (3).
