TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CARRIER LICENCE CHARGES) ACT 1997 - SECT 2

  (1)   Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

  (2)   If the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent is a later day than 5   June 1997, this Act is taken to have commenced on 5   June 1997.
