TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 136E

    Seized goods are forfeited to the Commonwealth if:

  (a)   the goods are released by the Comptroller - General of Customs to the designated owner; and

  (b)   the designated owner does not take possession of the goods within 90 days of the release.
