TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 - SECT 144

Modification in relation to Norfolk Island etc.

    The regulations may provide for the modification or adaptation of this Part   in its application to:

  (a)   Norfolk Island; or

  (b)   Christmas Island; or

  (c)   Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
