Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhen the registered owner of a registered certification trade mark allows another person ( approved user ) to use the certification trade mark in relation to goods or services in respect of which it is registered, the approved user has a right to use the certification trade mark in relation to those goods or services in accordance with the rules governing the use of the certification trade mark.
