Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may make provision for the provisions of this Act to extend to a specified external Territory (other than Norfolk Island , the Territory of Christmas Island or the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands ) subject to such modifications and adaptations (if any) as are prescribed.
(2) In subsection ( 1), modification includes the addition or omission of a provision or the substitution of a provision for another provision.
