Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Jurisdiction is conferred on a federal court in relation to any matter arising under this Act (other than Part 8 ) .

(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), jurisdiction is conferred on a federal court to hear and determine prosecutions for offences against this Act (other than Part 8 ).
