TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 96

    This Part   applies to a proceeding:

  (a)   in an Australian court; or

  (b )   before a person or body authorised by:

  (i)   a law of the Commonwealth, a State or Territory; or

  (ii)   the consent of the parties to the proceeding;

    to hear, receive or examine evidence.
