Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The ACA must, as soon as practicable after the merging time, prepare and give to the Minister a report of the SMA's operations during the financial year ending on 30 June 1997.
(2) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sittings days of the House after the Minister received the report.
