TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 102A

    As soon as practicable after making an assessment under section   102, the ACMA must give a copy of the assessment to:

  (a)   the person to whom the assessment relates; and

  (b)   the Secretary.
