Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe object of this Act is to establish a statutory scheme, to be known as the Tradex Scheme, under which goods may be imported without payment of duties of customs or other taxes provided that the goods are subsequently exported or incorporated in other goods that are exported.
