Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may make arrangements with the appropriate Minister of a State or of the Northern Territory for carrying out by the State or the Northern Territory, on behalf of the Commonwealth, of functions under this Act.
(2) An arrangement under this section may provide for the payment to a State or the Northern Territory of amounts in respect of the performance of functions under the arrangement.
