(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision by the Principal Member under subsection 155(4), (7) or (8) to dismiss an application.
(2) Where a decision of a kind referred to in subsection (1) is made and a written notice of the decision is given to a person whose interests are affected by the decision, the notice must include a statement to the effect that, if the person is dissatisfied with the decision, application may, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision and also include a statement to the effect that the person may request a statement under section 268 of that Act.
(3) A failure to comply with subsection (2) does not affect the validity of the decision.
