Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) When the Repatriation Medical Authority decides not to make, or not to review or not to amend, a Statement of Principles, it must, within 14 days, notify the Commission or the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (as the case requires) in writing of its decision.
(2) If the decision is made following a request from a person or organisation under section 196E, the Authority must also notify the person or organisation in writing of its decision.
