Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Repatriation Medical Authority may, under written agreement, engage consultants to provide expert advice to the Authority about any disease, injury or death that the Authority is investigating.
(2) The Authority may not engage a consultant without the approval of the Minister.
