VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 52ZX

Power to veto decisions of a trustee

    For the purposes of this Division, if the decisions of a trustee are subject to the consent of an entity, the entity is taken to be able to veto the decisions of the trustee.
