Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where the requirements of a notice given to a person under sub section 107T(1) or (2) of the Repatriation Act had not been complied with before the commencing date, section 76 of the Veterans ' Entitlements Act applies, on and after that date but subject to subsection ( 2) of this section, as if the notice were a notice given to the person by the Commission under that section.
(2) The amount payable to the Commonwealth in pursuance of a notice to which subsection ( 1) applies shall not exceed the amount specified in that notice.
