Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA hospital or other institution established, or deemed to have been established, by the Commission under section 120D of the Repatriation Act and maintained by the Commission immediately before the commencing date shall, on and after that date, be deemed to have been established under section 89 of the Veterans ' Entitlements Act and that section applies in relation to it accordingly.
