Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The VSL Tuition Protection Director may arrange for the use, under the Director's control, of computer programs for any purposes for which the Director may make decisions under this Act.
(2) A decision made by the operation of a computer program under such an arrangement is, for the purposes of this Act, taken to be a decision made by the VSL Tuition Protection Director.
