Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Secretary decides not to pay a loan amount for a student for a course, the Secretary must notify the course provider of the decision as soon as practicable.
(2) The rules may set out requirements in relation to notifying the following that loan amounts have been or will be, or have not been or will not be, paid:
(a) course providers;
(b) students;
(c) other persons.
