VET STUDENT LOANS ACT 2016 - SECT 7

  (1)   The Secretary may approve a loan for a student for a course of study if the Secretary is satisfied that:

  (a)   the student is an eligible student (see Division   2); and

  (b)   the course is an approved course (see Division   3).

  (2)   The loan is a VET student loan .
