VET STUDENT LOANS ACT 2016 - SECT 72

Student may apply for re - crediting by Secretary

  (1)   A student may apply to the Secretary for the student's HELP balance to be re - credited under section   71.

  (2)   The application must be in writing and meet any requirements set out in the rules.
