Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Authority is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the performance of its functions.
(2) The Authority Chair:
(a) may convene a meeting at any time; and
(b) must convene a meeting within 30 days after receiving a written request from the Minister or from at least 2 other Authority members; and
(c) must convene at least 9 meetings each financial year.
