WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 195

  (1)   The Authority may, subject to this Subdivision, regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.

Note:   Section   33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for participation in meetings by telephone etc.

  (2)   The regulations may regulate proceedings at meetings of the Authority.
