Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Inspector - General must give written notice to the Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Inspector - General has or acquires and that could conflict with the proper performance of the Inspector - General's functions.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
