Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The staff assisting the Inspector - General are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 who are made available by the Secretary.
(2) The Inspector - General may also be assisted:
(a) by employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ); or
(b) by officers and employees of a State; or
(c) by officers and employees of authorities of the Commonwealth or a State;
whose services are made available to the Inspector - General in connection with the performance of any of the Inspector - General's functions.
