WINE AUSTRALIA ACT 2013 - SECT 39ZK

Proceedings not to lie against Authority etc.

    No proceedings lie against:

  (a)   the Authority; or

  (b)   a director of the Authority; or

  (c)   an employee of the Authority; or

  (d)   an inspector;

in relation to any loss incurred or damage suffered because of information or assistance given under section   39ZJ.
