WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 156

    The regulator may, by instrument, appoint any of the following as an inspector:

  (a)   a member of the staff of the regulator;

  (b)   a person who is appointed as an inspector under a corresponding WHS law of a State;

  (c)   a person in a prescribed class of persons.
