Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner is to maintain a program, to be known as the National Witness Protection Program, under which the Commissioner, and persons who hold or occupy designated positions, arrange or provide protection and other assistance for witnesses.
(2) That protection and assistance may include things done as a result of powers and functions conferred on the Commissioner under a complementary witness protection law.
