Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) At the conversion time, ASIC is taken to have registered HoldCo under section 601BD of the Corporations Law:
(a) as a public company limited by shares; and
(b) with the name "Australian Wool Services Limited".
(2) ASIC must issue a certificate and ACN under section 601BD of the Corporations Law in respect of the registration. The date of registration is to be the day on which the conversion time occurred.
