Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, the Act means the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987 .
(2) In these regulations, a reference to a form by number is a reference to the form in the Schedule which bears that number.
