(1) A person must not, for the purposes of these Regulations, make a statement, or furnish information, that is false or misleading.

Penalty:
10 penalty units.

(2)

For subregulation (1), strict liability applies to whether a statement was made, or information supplied, for the purposes of these Regulations.
