Amendments of Meat Inspection (Orders) Regulations

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Meat Inspection (Orders) Regulations 1984 .

4 Offences
(1)
If an order made under regulation 3 provides that it or a provision of it is a prescribed penal provision, a person who fails to comply with the order or provision commits an offence punishable by a fine of 10 penalty units.

(2)
An offence under subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
