[1] Paragraph 5 (1) (a)

substitute

(a) the release of a prisoner under:

(i)

a release to work order under Part 1 of Chapter 5 of the Corrective Services Act 2000 of Queensland; or

(ii)

a home detention order under Part 1 of Chapter 5 of the Corrective Services Act 2000 of Queensland;
