These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

(a) on 1 September 1995 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b) on 3 April 2000 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2;
(c) on the date of their notification in the G azette  — Schedule 3.
