1987 No. 286 CRIMES AT SEA REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"adjacent area" has the same meaning as in the Sea Installations Act 1987, but
the space above or below an adjacent area, being the space referred to in
subsection 5 (9) of that Act, shall not be deemed to be in that area;

"affected Territory" has the same meaning as in the Sea Installations Act 
1987 ;

"sea installation" has the same meaning as in the Sea Installations Act  1987
;

"the Act" means the Crimes at Sea Act 1979.
