1987 No. 286 CRIMES AT SEA REGULATIONS - REG 3

Jurisdiction with respect to establishment and use of sea installations
3. With respect to the establishment and use of sea installations, it is
hereby declared that Australia has jurisdiction under international law in
relation to each area of waters that is the adjacent area in respect of a
State or an affected Territory.
