4 Terrorist organisations

(1)

For paragraph (c) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1 (1) of the Code, the organisations mentioned in Schedule 1 are specified.

(2) For subregulation (1), an organisation is mentioned in Schedule 1 if the name of the organisation, or another name by which the organisation is known, is mentioned in Schedule 1.

Note
Subsection 102.1 (5) of the Code provides that a regulation made specifying an organisation for the purposes mentioned in this regulation ceases to have effect on the second anniversary of the day on which it takes effect.
