4E            Terrorist organisations -- Armed Islamic Group (GIA)

         (1)   For paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1 (1) of the Code, the organisation known as Armed Islamic Group (GIA) is specified.

         (2)   For subregulation (1), Armed Islamic Group (GIA) is also known by the following names:

                (a)    al‑Jamm'ah al‑Islamiah al‑Musallah;

               (b)    Groupement Islamique Armé;

                (c)    Groupe Islamique Armé.
