1992 No. 402 CRIMES (TRAFFIC IN NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS) - REG 4

4.(1)For the purposes of section 15A of the Act, the following States and
Territories are prescribed:

   (a)  New South Wales;

   (b)  Victoria;

   (c)  Queensland;

   (d)  Western Australia;

   (e)  South Australia;

   (f)  the Australian Capital Territory;

   (g)  the Northern Territory.

(2) For the purposes of section 15B of the Act, the following States and
Territories are prescribed:

   (a)  New South Wales;

   (b)  Victoria;

   (c)  Queensland;

   (d)  Western Australia;

   (e)  South Australia;

   (f)  the Australian Capital Territory;

   (g)  the Northern Territory.

(3) For the purposes of section 15C of the Act, the following States and
Territories are prescribed:

   (a)  New South Wales;

   (b)  Victoria;

   (c)  Queensland;

   (d)  Western Australia;

   (e)  South Australia;

   (f)  the Australian Capital Territory;

   (g)  the Northern Territory.
