1987 No. 43 CRIMES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. After regulation 2 of the Crimes Regulations the following regulation is
inserted: Order prescribed for purposes of section 20AB of the Act

"3. A community-based order made under Part 5 of the Penalties and Sentences 
Act 1985 of the State of Victoria is prescribed for the purposes of section 
20AB of the Crimes Act 1914.".
