Omit "Tasmania and the Northern Territory", substitute "Tasmania, the Northern
Territory and the Australian Capital Territory".
  3.2   Item 6 (column 2):
Omit "administration in Victoria,", substitute "administrations in Victoria,
South Australia,".
  3.3   Item 9 (column 3):
After "Advisory", insert "and Control".
  3.4   Item 10:
Omit the item, substitute:
10   Poppy Advisory   (1) Assessing the suitability            Drug

     and Control      of a person to be the holder of a        offences

Board, Tasmania licence to grow opium poppies
