1992 No. 91 CRIMES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 6 (State Laws prescribed for the purposes of section 20AB of the Act) 
  4.1   Paragraph 6 (b):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:
'(b) a community-based order made under Division 3 of Part 3 of the
Sentencing Act 1991 of Victoria;

   (c)  an intensive correction order made under subdivision (2) of Division 2
        of Part 3 of the Sentencing Act 1991 of Victoria.'.
