1996 No. 228 CRIMES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 5 (State laws prescribed for the purposes of subsection 19AZD (3) of the Act) 
3.1 Paragraph 5 (1) (d): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(d) the release of a prisoner under:

        (i)    a work release order under Part 4; or

        (ii)   a home detention order under Part 5; of the
               Sentence Administration Act 1995 of Western Australia.".
