4. Regulation 6 (State Laws prescribed for the purposes of section 20AB of the Act)

4.1 Regulation 6: Add at the end:

"(e) a community based order made under Part 9 of the Sentencing Act  1995 of
Western Australia;

   (f)  an intensive supervision order made under Part 10 of the
        Sentencing Act 1995 of Western Australia.".
