1995 No. 250 INTERNATIONAL WAR CRIMES TRIBUNALS REGULATIONS - REG 3

3. (1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Act" means the International War Crimes Tribunals Act 1995.

(2) In these Regulations, a reference to a form by number is a reference to
the form bearing that number in the Schedule. (NOTE: The effect of section 25C
and subsection 46 (1) of the Acts  Interpretation Act 1901 is that, unless the
contrary intention appears, strict compliance with a form is not required and
substantial compliance is sufficient.)
